Dependant on manager

Pros

Great company to work for, really felt like a "dream job" for the first 1.5 years with an excellent manager. Great work/life balance and ability to make your own schedule. Felt very satisfied with this job and a general sense of pride and excitement to be a part of this company until management changed to a new manager.

Cons

Since changing to a new manager, over half of the team has quit due to micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and attitude. No longer have a healthy work/life balance, seems like you have to account for every minute of a task, very low morale and performance metrics have been statistically impossible to achieve unless working off the clock which is leads to immediate termination.

Don’t waste your time

Pros

Flexible hours. You make your own work schedule. Decent benefits. Security clearance.

Cons

Work load is insane. They threaten you that if you leave within the first year, you have to pay back $4000. The refiles (cases sent back to you because they want more information) are insane and it’s hard to manage when you’re getting 10 new cases every week. The pay is not even close to enough for the amount of stress you’re under every week.
