      beyond amazing benefits (which is also a con when trying to get out...others can't compare) work life balance

      Cons

      Gonna be honest, this place was clown shoes for every team I was on. Everything was a hot mess and absolute chaos. Bastardized "agile" everywhere, right hand not even acknowledging the left, political games between teams with each going around one another...no cohesion whatsoever would be the key take away. 99% of the time I felt like butt in chair with no purpose on top of things moving glacially slow...like more so than usual for DoD contractors.

      Great co-workers and team mates, I don't dislike a single one and it feels like everyone is actually working towards a common goal Good management Summer hours (9/80's) Meaningful work Fast moving, lots of opportunity for transfer Quick meetings! We have them but there is a lot of autonomy in your work and you aren't constantly scheduled by meetings. Good at making offers in a timely manager Overall good benefit and options

      Would love if my insurance premiums were lower Would like move of HSA contribution from employer of at least double/triple Applicant Tracking System is terrible
