Pros

Telework Policy is great for those that need to be home. Pay was excellent. Had great subordinates and co-workers.

Cons

I met the most narcissistic, toxic, controlling, demeaning person probably ever in my life. She made our lives miserable here at Peraton and apparantly continues to do so for those still within her grasp. She rules by fear and not respect.

Pros

Competitive pay Great benefits Lots of opportunities for growth

Cons

Like anywhere, results may vary depending on your management, and bad managers might be shifted somewhere else instead of fired (our limited experience at least).

Pros

Somewhat relaxed working conditions, depending on your job. A little better than average benefit package. Most of the corporate jobs are work from home.

Cons

There does not appear to be an training for managers. No communication, and if it is, they ignore it. Nepotism is the main driver of promotions and bonuses. Most mid level to lower level managers are not held accountable.
