Pros

Solid commute location. The pay is great. Awesome flexibility on hours. Great hybrid/remote options.

Cons

Still learning the entirety of the company/organization. There is a split between Peraton and Peraton Labs.

Pros

Compensation can be competitive. Current tasks are challenging and engaging. I'm not going to work just for a paycheck and making an impact on the safety of our country.

Cons

Needs better employee review system. Employee growth not actively pursued. Managers are mostly absent (in meetings), until there is a fire. Steep learning curve without proper and adequate documentation or guidance.

Pros

Salary was decent compared to market. Easy to take leave.

Cons

Huge disconnects between adjacent programs and corporate leadership. At project team level, there was tolerance for incompetency and harassment.
