Hello! It’s great to hear that you experienced a strong, supportive team. While decisions during challenging economic periods are never easy, we’re committed to approaching them with as much transparency, care, and support as possible. Pros

Salary and benefits are good

Cons

Leadership is in need of training. Toxic work environment that only cares about the bottom dollar and not its employees. Supposedly they are a top place to work for veterans but was treated disrespectful.

Hello! We’re glad to hear you found value in our compensation and benefits, but we’re disappointed to hear that your overall experience, particularly as a veteran, did not meet expectations. Supporting those who have served is a core part of who we are. We take feedback like this seriously. If you’re open to sharing more, we encourage you to do so anonymously at www.peraton.ethicspoint.com so we can better understand and address your concerns.
