Pros

Been here for some time and it's a great place to work. Colleagues and management support are excellent and the bonus package really makes a difference as well. Lots of internal promotion which means that you can really make a career with thr company. The office is a really nice environment but the fact the role is hybrid gives a really good balance.

Cons

Being in Daventry means it's a bit of a trek
