      Quarantine during the training period

      Pros

      I was hired as a new employee and began training. Percepta gives a good impression with decent pay, good benefits, and room to grow. The trainers were very knowledgeable, and were always there to provide support.

      Cons

      Context: They have a strict attendance policy for employees while they are in the training program. Additionally, they also have a strict COVID 19 policy for all in-person employees. At this point in the program, I was a certified as an Inquiry Agent(halfway point of the training) and I only missed one day. When I caught COVID 19, I informed HR of my COVID diagnosis. Instead of putting me on temporary unpaid sick leave and/or having me work as an Inquiry Agent until the next training class, HR chose to terminate me with rehire eligibility. Learn from my experience and quarantine during the training period.

      Pros

      Good pay, overall staff caring company culture, very relaxing kind of workload.

      Cons

      Lack of project leadership, wrong manpower estimation led to excessive manpower and budget of operation, wrong focus on office politics rather than project survival. Lack of space for career development.
