Pros

Percepta is a company that really makes a lot of effort to treat their employees like family and make sure that they feel appreciated and important. They always give recognition for hard work and show their appreciation at all times whether it be through performance bonuses, certificates or even just thanking the employees verbally through meetings. The work environment is so cozy and their is an equal balance between work and play.

Cons

There aren't really any cons that I can think of at this point and time, but we all know there is always room for improvement in anything and everything within a company.

Pros

great support fantastic pay loads of excellent benefits good team spirit friendly and helpful pension / work from home/ hybrid option

Cons

lots of sitting down occasional angry customers heavy workload at times must have a good internet package for speed constant monitoring

Pros

The pay is good but not enough

Cons

Lack of training, Supervisor micromanage you, co-workers are rude and not helpful. Pay is not enough for the stress, you're constantly hounded about multiple processes on each Concern Case. What you learn in training modules has absolutely nothing to do with how caseloads are handled it's 6 weeks of wasted time .
