Decent pay and okay management

Cons

Stressful and overwhelming position as Ford isn't the most reliable vehicle manufacturer. Many issues that cannot be resolved.

very professional, understanding, and career oriented.

Cons

shifts are not very convenient. shift not flexible. promotion can take a while.

There was always help when needed. Leadership was always willing to assist with any issue that arose. The family culture was always a huge plus there.

Cons

There as often miscommunications between team leads.
