Pros

Although we existed with multiple needs of customers, we always had our supervisor for support.

Cons

When you have to deny a customer based off the criteria and they get upset feeling as if you didn't want to assist.

It was very easy after training

Cons

I hired in to work from home but they decided 4 months into my employment that we will be going back into the office. I now have to find someone to watch my 6 month old who is the reason I chose this job in the first place.
