Pros

I absolutely love my Percepta family/team! Coming from a sports background, teamwork is embodied in my core being and I thought that the only team I would ever know is the team that I played sports with but I was gladly mistaken. From day 1, the camaraderie and acknowledgement from a job well done was and still is amazing. That's from the top down to little ole me. This company NEVER misses an opportunity to recognize their staff for a job well done and the incentives are also amazing. It keeps you motivated to do a job well done, not only for the company but for the clients we serve. Thank you Percepta!

Pros

The pay is good but not enough

Cons

Lack of training, Supervisor micromanage you, co-workers are rude and not helpful. Pay is not enough for the stress, you're constantly hounded about multiple processes on each Concern Case. What you learn in training modules has absolutely nothing to do with how caseloads are handled it's 6 weeks of wasted time .

We do our best to train our employees and ensure they are prepared for production through our rigorous abay period. However, we know we can't address every situation that you might come across as an agent - we encourage teamwork to help get you through until you are in a position to be a mentor to a new employee.
