Cons

new tech updates can interrupt your work process, have to stay motivated since the same routine can become boring.

my manager is awesome and knowlegeable my co workers are inviting and nice i had a job before where i didnt feel appreciated i love percepta and im serious nobody made me write this its a nice job

Company allows me the latitude to perform my duties in the manner I fell will best yield the results that will move the needle in a positive direction.

Cons

With the current state of the country the company is doing everything they can for the safety of the employees, so I do not feel there are any cons at this point in time
