Pros

Salary HR & Management Support Training Remote Working Recent uplift in salary, was unexpected but well received and a huge attraction for new employees. The amount of support provided by HR and Management is inspiring, and sets an extremely high benchmark. Training is evenly paced, and although you cant be trained for very scenario, they certainly ensure you leave the Training environment with a broad and extensive knowledge. Ability to work remotely, or hybrid solution. Great Teamwork and able to reach out to colleagues & senior Managers at any time. People care and listen to you. Fantastic opportunities and career progression.

Cons

Customers can be rude at times

Great working atmosphere for the most part when we were in the building.

Cons

Management is cliquey. Hard to move up.

Pros

They switched to WFH because of the pandemic.

Cons

Drama everywhere Work life balance issues They believe the reason they can't hire staff is that "no one wants to work" not because they are reticent to provide competitive pay, even for entry level positions. Constant rotation in key support groups, like HR and IT. Company prefers to hire externally. Working on outsourcing, to the Philippines and Mexico, which often leads to "I can have two people in this same role over there for the price of one here" mentality when reviewing budgets and opening positions. Will post expectations historically.
