Cons

Back stabbers and ruthless managers. This company is the stepchild of Ford and Teletech and has a high turnover in leadership. Their results are always below average and below expectations. They have been limping along for years and just getting by.

I've never worked in a job where we are treated with respect by the leads and managers in terms of being looked down upon as just employees. Here we are equal we work as one TEAM! That's always a pro in my book. Also the opportunity to grow within the company in as little as six months is amazing with so much more!

Cons

As far as cons go, I really don't have anything to say since it is literally what you make of it. Accountability really. You don't like something within the company that's you personally!
