Pros

Percepta is great at making sure that employees are in the position they are most suited for! Love being able to work from home and not have the stress of travelling through Houston traffic!

Cons

None really! Except seeing myself on camera!! Eeeewwww!!

Pros

Percepta cares about their employees and values their abilities. Promotion from within is done regularly. Employees are provided with a thorough training program and a supportive management team. The job is what you make of it, and if you bring your skills and efforts to the table, you will go far at Percepta. Everyone I work with has been extremely supportive and helpful. I consider Percepta a part of my family.

Cons

Percepta is not perfect, like any company. Percepta is working to make more efficient and effective procedures on an ongoing basis.

Pros

In just a little over 5 years, I have gone from an agent making OBC's to being a Customer Operations Manager. I have worked in many departments and have enjoyed each one of them. Management has always been there to support when needed and recognize my achievements.

Cons

I would not have any at this time
