Pros

I am still in training, and my instructors are truly subject matter experts. Easy to learn from them. Work from home on company provided equipment is amazing!

Cons

None yet. Can't wait to get on the production line and start taking real customer calls.

Work from home option. Great team and the system is very friendly now.

No face to face interactions with customers or coworkers.
