Pros

The words "call center" are a very cold term and apply to others. Percepta is more like a gathering of uniquely qualified and diverse people. There are numerous support levels for assistance and we all blend together to make up our unique family

Cons

There really aren't any if you are doing the work

The culture of service and respect the employees have for one another fosters an environment of TEAMWORK.

Cons

Personally, the remote assignment has been a challenge for me. Other than that, there are no negative aspects to mention.
