Pros

-Leadership that genuinely cares about employees -Internal growth opportunities -Positive work/life balance Having been with the company for well over a decade, there's been a few changes in leadership. The current CEO and rest of the ELT are doing great things for the organization. The company continues to invest in itself and its employees and continues to drive a positive culture.

Cons

Can be extremely fast paced at times - while not a huge deal breaker, client demands can lead to the need for very quick responses

I love where I work

Pros

This company takes care of employees first. When they knew they had to make a major change to their program, and it was going to be scary for us, they upped our pay to let us know they still needed us and they let us know they would find a new place for us in the company. When the pandemic hit, they made sure we were able to work from the safety of our home, and they were open minded enough to consider other flexible ways for us to work.

Cons

Well, it's a call center, so most likely your way in is going to be on the phones, working with customers, and some of those customers will be less than delightful. That's not Percepta's fault though, but working with difficult people does come with the job.

Pros

I have gained so many friends who have become like family here. I have earned many opportunities and obtained growth in my professional life. I know here, I will continue to grow and thrive professionally.

Cons

Customer service is a stressful job, not everyone can handle it. You will always get those customers that are angry. You just have to learn how to calm down and move on and remember they aren't mad at you, but the situation.
