Pros

Great people to work with. Overnight manager is the best. Low workload overnights.

Cons

Pay could be a little better but is good for someone just starting out. Resources need work. Policies make us sound like robots with customers.

Work from home Great starting salary Great training program Busy/steady work. I don't get bored. Empowered to think for yourself but excellent support group should you need it AXZ Plan PTO and Sick time People are generally very nice and happy

Cons

You work holidays and weekends.

Pros

The onboarding training is intense and well done. I know the direction of the company for the next five years. There are many employees "perks" that go above-and-beyond your salary. I am definitely blessed to be working for them.

Cons

I am 100% remote so I don't get to physically be around people. However, my manager has short morning huddles on Zoom for the whole team.
