      -Do your job go home

      -Do your job go home - supervisors are overworked. You're on your own the first couple of weeks (months) taking calls, you barely get support at times. - Management is not open to new ideas. - You'd better keep your mouth shut or else they will find the most stupid reasons to tarnish your file (warnings, etc). Management is happy with quiet individuals that don't make any noise. You act like you know it all, and the next moment you're out.
