Pros

Managers and Directors are very approachable and willing to listen. Everyone says they want to help.

Cons

Much talk of change, but so far it's just talk, no real changes have taken place. Concern of the employees is there related to the almighty $$, but not out of genuine concern for the actual employee. Some managers have genuine concern for employees, some simply don't care.
