      Pros

      I have been working for Percepta for over 2 years and what i like most is the respect for their employees. Teamwork is very important at Percepta. Managers and supervisors are always there to help. For me this keeps me ready and able and happy to be an asset to this company. I am a very experience worker in general so I am very experienced with the treatment of employees by management. Great place to work; highly recommended

      Great Place to make a career

      Pros

      The work is rewarding; leadership does thank and recognize work the being done. There is opportunity for you to voice your opinion and bring ideas to the table.

      Cons

      Must be flexible and able to pivot quickly. Change happens often but is for the betterment of the business. But overall, not many cons I can think of.
