      Work from home current option.

      Cons

      Continues to add on more work without compensation. Some supervisors micromanage the specialist and often times treat them like children. Need to provide more MOB time to allow time to actually manage the cases. Taking calls, creating cases and getting initial cases does not allow time to accurately manage the case. This causes aged cases.

      If you don't have any degrees or certifications, this is good

      Pay (16$ is good, especially if you don't have a degree or certifications) Work from Home (even though temporarily) Team Communication (if you have a good team its really cool)

      Cons

      Customers (A lot of them rude and annoying) Inability to Choose Schedule (Shift bid sucks unless you're ranked high)
