Decent Pay good training. Great experience builder on client relations.

Cons

Its all about what have you done lately not your overall performance. You can be terminated quickly just because the metrics are low that month.

Not a super high call volume Friendly staff Willing to work with you on certain matters

You don’t get any say in your schedule O boarding process was a nightmare Recruiters will say anything to get you to apply.
