Many different departments to move to! Potential for advancement

Cons

Upper management does not understand the complexity of the positions and sometimes place unrealistic expectations. If you're doing your job correctly, its almost impossible to meet standard.

Pay was good for the market I had a good supervisor

Cons

No flexibility whatsoever schedule wise. You get what they give you. Constant change of policies Opportunity for advancement slim to none Training was not intensive enough. Learned more about Ford than how to actually deal with certain situations. Couldn’t get a raise that same year we started. Had to wait next year
