We understand these are tough times, we're adjusting and working hard to make sure we accommodate our teams as best we can. While working from home is certainly not a new concept; we are working on perfecting it in a tough time. We are learning alongside our teams every day and trying to make the business run while managing all new processes in the work from home environment. On that note, we recently launched a Schedule Accommodation Survey to assess the needs of our employees in order to navigate through these unusual times. We’re looking at ways we can help accommodate the needs of employees - more to come on this soon. Lastly, what a great idea for a town hall – we’re hoping for one in the coming months - so stay tuned for that. Thanks for all your hard work - it is appreciated.
