GREAT Operation Teams. Poorly Stuctured Technology Teams

HR and the Talent Teams are amazing. Very welcoming. Operation teams are extreamly passionate about their work, employees and well being of their team dynamic.

Cons

Very disconnected IT stucture. Very poor communication company wide. Very Micro Managing. Still stuck in time on concepts and project stuctures.

Pros

Great team - have some life-long friends as a result! Work/life balance was good.

Cons

Promised bonus based on performance - achieved the rating criteria (which to many people did) then told that the benchmark had changed so basically received less bonus as a result (guessing budget reasons). Career progression is difficult especially when you go for promotion after promotion and the only feedback you get for not getting the role is "You are great at what you do - why do you want to change?"
