Great local leadership and incredible Organizational Development Department that really care about the employees, the employee experience, and are constantly working to make a difference.

Cons

Please have ALL of Senior Leadership practice the Percepta Values every single day. That will really make a huge difference as change must come from the top.

Percepta has matured as a company and has a number of talented employees around the globe. Huge focus on serving our employees and customers to the best of our ability.

Client budgets often limit what we can deliver.

The people I work with have a clear passion for their job and are driven to make a difference. They push me to grow every day. I add value to my role and am given the opportunity to make a difference in the way that we do business. I love getting to work with a variety of people and am constantly learn new things.
