- Management makes the job unnecessarily stressful. - the job is so easy a person could forget their goals - pay is not competitive

Pros

People are great. Management backs you up. Management is fair. Shift bid every three months. Ok pay for the area. Management will work with you if you work with them.

Cons

Customers are fierce. You really have no control on your survey metrics. Upset customers will give you a false survey because they are mad at Ford. Promotion is available if you work hard.
