      Pros

      I happen to have a great contract manager that makes the HR act smoothly and quickly.

      Cons

      Percepta is remote. They are based out of Florida and hence there is not a lot of 'on deck' guidance. Good for self-directed individuals.

      Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Compensation and pay is the ONLY thing worth mentioning as a pro and it was barely above average.

      Cons

      Management is controlled by children who don't know how to do their jobs and blame other people for their mistakes.
