Good place to stick around for a few years early in your career.

Cons

At the VP level, it’s essentially a “girls club”. It would be very embarrassing if the shareholders were able to be a fly on the wall during some of the meetings I was apart of.

Work Monday-Friday only weekends off.

Training is paid but sucks if you have to transfer programs.
