There is no good reason to work for this company. No strategy, no vision, and no need to think the long term plan, all of their jobs are very scientific, as their business is feed by Ford

Cons

1.Bullying management -but they will not agree that is bullying, which means they are not well educated. 2. Poor management &HR. you normally need to wait a long time to get response in terms of your enquiry related with HR issue.
