Pros

The culture of service and teamwork is of high standard. You have the Management full support that provides the neccesary recources to find solutions to client problems, critical and analytical thinking to client solutions. The current option of working remotely is great.

Cons

From negative to positive is that the salary is now very competative. They can increase the 12 and half cheque to a full 13 cheque.

You will always fully support on think out of box and speak out. Your initiatives are valuable to management.

Cons

Hybrid working might be difficult on maintaining people connectivity but we do love balancing WFH and Office.
