Growing business with many opportunities for various skills and experience levels. Established training department that gives new hires a solid foundation.

Cons

Uptraining could be improved for employees who are looking to sharpen skills and expand knowledge. Work environment is open space with no privacy which can be challenging when talking to customers and others on the phone.

A sinking ship to avoid at all costs!

Your coworkers are all in the same boat as you and support each other.

Cons

No room for advancement. Metrics are pushed down your throat. Lower level management hired from outside while there are senior CSM's that are much better qualified then people they hire. You are responsible for more and more tasks yet pay stays the same. Employees are shown no appreciation. Management does not care about you. Turnover rate of 50% says it all. A stressful job where employees are over worked under paid and under appreciated

Good benefits. Got along with colleagues.

Cons

Call centre was poorly managed, too many changes too often, all employees were asked to fill many hats and were under appreciated. No room for growth. If I could do it all over again, I would never have applied to work for Percepta.
