Pros

You can take off easily if time is available

Cons

Working your 8 hours with people complaining. That was tier one. And the fact that you have to wait a whole year to get out of that god awful position. They know no one really wants to do it.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Percepta include the entire Human Resources team is amazing! The company puts a lot of time and energy into making sure its employees are happy and does a lot of different activities to boost moral!

Cons

There are a lot of people that work for this company so parking can be tricky. And sometimes the bathrooms smell really bad.
