Pros

It was good to have steady employment and represent the client, Ford Motor Company, an American institution. The employee discount on vehicles is a nice perk.

Cons

Micro-managing beyond compare and juvenile morale building activities such as dressing up in costumes and free ice cream. The benefit package is weak and the insurance got more expensive each year.

Normal 9-5 hours. Time off and vacation time. Air Conditioning and a sit down job.

Cons

Poor Pay, Negative work environment,lack of advancement. Very high turnover rate. Micro-managed to a fault.

Generous time off benefits. Very good communication from management. Many opportunities for those who wish to pursue them. Lots of little things done like free lunches, ice cream, treats on occasion.

Cons

Challenging workload. Pay and bonuses could be better for the work that is expected.
