Pros

You can go far even without a college degree. You do need to be professional if you want to stay, especially if you want to move up. Extra training is free - I know many people who learned how to use Word, Excel, and other programs even when it was not required for their job. The management is very helpful and works with you. It's very good for a call center, and that's why so many people stay for years.

Cons

There are a lot more pros than cons. Most of the schedules now include Saturdays. Many of the bonuses and perks were reduced. The custom software can be difficult to use. Some people abuse the system, so then annoying rules are added ... but that probably happens at any job.

Pros

People are very friendly, free gym access, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and a stable 40 hour a week job.

Cons

Dilbert-ville (cubicle farm), turnstiles at every door make you feel like a cattle being pushed to slaughter
