      Worked hard to be promoted then was demoted due to business needs, but told work performance was great! Make it make sense!

      No pros. Management will sell out every employee that works for them if it means they are protected.

      Cons

      No company culture. They do not care about any employee and will just replace you with the next batch of workers from McDonalds.
