      Some very nice supportive colleagues and home office

      Cons

      A very unstable and absent leadership, HR that nobody trusts and fires people that do a good job at will just because HR doesn't like them. Team meetings where nobody speaks their minde and a ops manager that wants everyone just to say yes and amen to him and his ideas, for the rest he is absent from the work floor and unavailable. Besides this compliments are not given but they find you fast if you make an honest mistake.
