      As of now, I don’t see any significant cons with Percepta. The company has been consistent in providing a supportive environment, clear communication, and opportunities for growth. While every organization has areas for improvement, my experience so far has been positive, with no major concerns to highlight.

      love the flexible schedules, Hybrid schedule, Lunches provided sometimes, benefits are great. Who doesn't love free coffee!!

      nothing, if you just work Saturdays its hybrid.
