I worked in Perceptive for 3 years right after my graduation. My time at Perceptive was filled with memorable experiences and great learning opportunities. I learnt important analytics and business consulting concepts which helped me grow. The daily morning standup calls include activities like leadership lessons and Knowledge sharing sessions (KKSS) which are very engaging and useful. I remember that on multiple instances where I needed help either from other team members or management they where always available and happy to help. I also had the chance to work closely with the CEO Mr. Chaitanya Sagar on a long standing client project. During that time I learnt what matters in analytics especially to Executives and Businesses. We were able to share extremely insightful ideas with our client thanks to this invaluable advice. Overall I would highly recommend Perceptive to anyone to work for or work with.
