Pros

Paid weekly. Employee discounted chicken, benefits, wellness center

Cons

Repetitive. Long hours, boring. Unrealistic production goals. To them you're just a body. High turnover. Short staffed. Very cold and wet, disgusting, smelly environment. Sometimes hostile work environment from one particular demographic who basically runs the plant. I've been pushed and shoved, and treated rudely on a regular basis by a minority group there. It's very overwhelming
