Pros

Good benefits, good prices on product for employees. The wellness center is an excellent benefit. Very safety conscious plant. HR people there in two shifts.

Cons

Managers that can't have a single original idea. They have horrible moral with the everyone is replaceable mentality. The lack of training is horrible. Expect you to do work with little or no training.

Pros

Lots of good people wanting to do the right thing.

Cons

If it cost money-they won't do it. Raises are few and far between. Based on corn prices.
