Good local leadership. Company makes a great product and are responsive to customer requirements. Benefits are good and pay is competitive for the work requirements.

Cons

No work-life balance. Felt like best effort was never enough.

Opportunities for recent grads.

Cons

Zero work/life balance. Poor leadership. Poor benefits. Management does not seem to care about hourly work force. Constant threat of being fired. Poor pay in comparison to other manufacturing companies. Complete lack of professionalism in senior management.
