Good money, consistency, long hours.

Cons

Poor communication, very bad structure, hires managers that have no experience. Management also believes they can speak to anyone anyway without recourse. Also a lot of in house cover up goes on.

Good co-workers, help eachother, many hours, different shifts, no experience needed.

Cons

There is not saturdays off, always working overtime, not enogh money for the physical job, management is not great, not much opportunities for growth.
