They don't treat you terrible all the time because they're busy trashing other coworkers. Eventually they get around to you again though.

Cons

Pay is below the market rate. No loyalty to employees. Gossip and backstabbing are everyday norms. They routinely suck their clients for money on procedures that aren't needed. You'll routinely feel harassed and bullied at work, and corporate will do nothing to protect you. STAY AWAY!!!!

None. Nothing is great about it. They should pay their field employees more.

Cons

They don't care about you. If you make too much money due to their inflated titles, they will get rid of you. CEO likes submissive people working under him.

Nice coworkers, having weekends off

Cons

Working for a deceitful company that only cares about money and not patient care. Working for a company that promotes a “team” atmosphere but in reality that’s not true. Working for a company that doesn’t treat employees same physically nor monetarily.
