What a great environment! People here are like family. Love all the new positive changes! MADP is clearly investing so much for our success. The COO is full of energy and enthusiasm. He is very accessible - every person has his cell phone number. He sends hand-written cards for anniversaries. I feel I have a voice here and am part of something very special. Most importantly, the patient comes first. So refreshing!

Cons

Some people do not like change and make it difficult for those of us who are excited.

I am very happy with the environment that Perfect Teeth offers. Employees are rewarded for hard work and there is a career path if you wish to grow or be cross trained. I feel very supported by my colleagues and I recommend this company highly!

There is no good reason to work here

They wanted me to see 3 columns of patients, even with assisted hygiene our patient experience suffered. The company does not care about their employees or patients. All they care about is money! I read the other reviews for our office and don't make us take a training and not give anyone a day off for 12 days! I'll fight gum disease elsewhere!!
