New leadership is engaged, caring and focused on improving the right things to make the offices' lives easier and more productive. The team member experience is at the heart of every decision they make. Tons of opportunity for advancement. Ideas are listened to and appreciated. Really memorable and inspiring leadership.

Cons

Not really a con- but a lot of change is happening, all in the right direction. The company is undergoing a cultural change also into a place that is fun and rewarding to be at!

I am happy working for this company because not only did they place me in a nice office, but the continued support and access to training that I have is top notch. They have been a consistent with everything that I need to help me work at my best performance. They hired me from out of state and gave me ample time to move here. My recruiter even sent me a card, wishing me luck with my move and to call if I needed anything. This is my new family now.
