      Pros

      Fabulous benefits, matching 401K, paid vacation and sick time, incentives, great new owners, provides excellent dental care, team work! We have all our own specialty, and we get great dental coverage through the company. Our new headquarters are truly caring people and have helped make our company a better place to want to work at!

      Cons

      Open during Christmas week, need to give 1 month notice for time off when the standard should be 2 weeks.

      Pros

      Perfect Teeth was acquired by Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners in January 2019 and the new leadership team has a vision of excellence. They believe in good people and treat you with respect. You will be challenged as we work through this merger but it is a great feeling working hard with the team to become a great company.

      Cons

      Previous leadership didn't have a vision and treated people poorly. I feel nothing but excitement as we move forward with the new leadership team.
