Best career choice I have ever made. The wages and benefits are amazing. I have been with the company a little over a year and have already had 2 wage increases and a promotion. Along with having 24 paid days off to be used this year. The company is a firm believer in treating their employees well and they truely do. Perfectserve has the best culture and values of any company I have ever seen. We work as a team and over come obstacles together. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a great career.

Cons

None, this company is great. I have never seen them do anything unjust. They truly are an amazing company with great leadership and values.
